The Cochrane Library is the most authoritative source of evidence-based medicine.
The Cochrane Library contains high-quality clinical trials and systematic reviews from all areas of medicine and health:

- Endocrinology
- Infectious diseases
- Cardiology
- Neurology
- Oncology
- Otorhinolaryngology
- Orthopedics and traumatology

- Urology and others.
In addition, the Cochrane Library contains constantly updated research and reviews on the COVID-19 pandemic.
P.S. For a long time, medicine relied only on the experience and personal opinion of the doctor. But this is not enough for effective diagnosis and treatment of patients. Lack of scientific approach to treatment can cause irreparable damage to the patient's health.
That is why the modern doctor should be guided by the principles of evidence-based medicine:
- use only those methods whose effectiveness has been proven by clinical trials
- keep in mind the individual characteristics of the patient.
