We strive to be accessible to all social groups regardless of age, health, disability, property status, gender, place of residence and other characteristics.

The vast majority of the physical spaces of the library have not yet been adapted for use by persons with disabilities and other groups of the population with reduced mobility. We are working on their modification.

The branch of the library, which is located in the Congress Center of Sumy State University and is equipped with ramps and handrails for unhindered movement, is the most suitable for all categories of users, in particular those in wheelchairs.

to use all the resources and services of the library without hindrance in accordance with the Rules for using the library;
to search and order the necessary literature online:
find the required edition in the Electronic Catalog;
make an order by filling out the Google form (to fulfill your request promptly, we recommend making an order within 1-2 working days);
within 24 hours (except weekends) to receive confirmation of the fulfillment of the request;
get the publication and familiarize yourself with it in the adapted room of the chosen location.
