We strive to provide comfortable access to the necessary information to all social groups without exception.

Our funds, services, services and technical equipment are not yet adapted to fully meet the needs of people with visual and hearing impairments.

 

Resources for the visually impaired

We offer visually impaired users to use e-readers with the function of increasing the font. This service is available at the Branch of the Library.

We offer for listening a collection of audio books presented in the Electronic catalog of our library.

 

Resources for people with intellectual disabilities

We offer not only a large collection of educational, scientific, artistic publications, information resources and services, but also the opportunity to work with Internet resources and digital public services.

If necessary, social subject librarians will provide the necessary assistance in using resources and services.
