At first go to the e-catalog site or click the link lib.sumdu.edu.ua. You must authorize yourself. Fill in the required search fields – the documents are searched by the title of the document, author, type of documents, language and years of edition. The e-catalog contains information about the distribution and availability of the publication, provides access to electronic copies of publications and the possibility of online order.

When you find the needed book in the e-catalog, click the link Document description, find information about the storage place of the document.

If the storage place is the book storage of the Central Library, the Circulation Desk of the Central Library, Circulation Desk of the Medical Institute Library, Circulation Desk of the  Library Branch, contact the employee of the Circulation Desk and receive the book.

If the storage place is another department of the library, contact the employee of the required department and get to know about the conditions of using the book.

Yes. Electronic versions of dissertations are available to download.

The private cabinet will provide information about books which you should return to the library. From the e-catalog site you can go to your own private cabinet, entering your login and password.

Viewing the private cabinet is available from the e-catalog under the conditions of authorization (library's card code and password).

Available information for viewing:

• received books;
• date and place of giving out of books
• history of giving out of documents;
• status of online order.
