The ID library card is login for authorization in the electronic catalog.

What documents are required to get a Library Card?:

  • passport or ID-card of Ukrainian citizen;
  • foreign passport, temporary residence permit, and certificate on enrollment from the dean's office (for foreign students);
  • school ID card or birth certificate for children under 14 years.

 

 Library card’s validity:

  • for students of all forms of studies and SumDU employees – during the whole studying period/work at the University
  • for external users and schoolchildren – 1 year
  • one-time library card – 1 day

 

Library card’s cost:

  • for students, postgraduates of full-time studies and employees – free of charge
  • for students, postgraduates of extramural studies – 70 UAH for the period of studies
  • for external users – 70 UAH per year
  • for schoolchildren – 30 UAH per year
  • one-time library card – 10 UAH
  • duplicate – 70 UAH for all users
