Financial Literacy

If you want to be rich, you need to be financially literate.

R. Kiyosaki

According to the USAID study "Financial Literacy, Financial Inclusion and Financial Welfare in Ukraine", presented in June 2019, the financial literacy index for Ukrainians was 11.6 points out of 21 possible. This is the lowest rate of the 30 countries surveyed. France, Norway, and Canada recognized as leaders in financial culture.

The National Bank of Ukraine has developed a "Financial Literacy Strategy of Ukraine", which aims to increase the financial literacy of the population.

In 2019, the SumDU Library joined the project Financial Literacy to increase the level of financial culture and financial awareness of the population by disseminating information resources, as well as conducting interactive cognitive activities for schoolchildren and students.
