As part of the Green Library project, we were the first at the university to introduce sorting and separate garbage collection by purchasing sorting containers. This initiative immediately became popular among young people. We regularly recycle waste paper and paper cups, which we sort with our users. SumDU has been introducing electronic document management for over a year, which has significantly reduced the use of paper.

The task of the "Green Library", first of all, is to draw the attention of schoolchildren, students, young people to the conservation of the planet's resources and the natural environment that surrounds us every day. Seminars, trainings, quizzes, quests, video lessons are numerous events that we hold to teach sorting, care, care, develop an eco-conscious attitude to the world around us and life in general.
